Welcome to Your Quantivo Portal

Your portal is your private Mission Control. This guide will show you how to track your projects, view invoices, securely message our team, and access your deliverables—all from one secure dashboard.

1. What Is the Client Portal?

Think of the Quantivo Client Portal as your private Mission Control. We built this platform to solve the biggest headaches in agency partnerships: lost emails, scattered files, and constantly wondering, "What stage is our project at right now?"

Instead of digging through your inbox, you have one secure dashboard where everything related to your engagement lives. It is fully private—only you and your designated Quantivo team members have access to your data.

You do not need to download any apps. As long as you have a web browser and an internet connection, you can access your project anytime, anywhere.

2. Logging In for the First Time

We use secure, passwordless authentication (Magic Links) to ensure your account is safe from password-guessing attacks. Here is how you access your account.

Go to the Portal URL

Navigate to quantivo.cm/portal/login in your web browser. We recommend bookmarking this page for easy access.

Enter Your Email

Type in the corporate email address that you provided to us during the onboarding process. Hit "Send Magic Link".

Check Your Inbox

You will receive an email from Quantivo with a secure login button. This link expires after a short period for your security.
If you do not see the email within two minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

Click the Link

Clicking the button in the email will instantly verify your identity and redirect you straight into your secure portal dashboard. No passwords required.

3. Your Dashboard at a Glance

The dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It gives you a bird's-eye view of your entire relationship with Quantivo.

4. Project Tracking

4.1 Understanding Project Stages

Every project moves through a clear set of stages. Think of these as chapters in a book. You will always know exactly which chapter we are in.

  • Discovery: We are gathering requirements, mapping out technical architecture, and finalizing the scope.
  • Design: Our UX/UI team is creating visual concepts, wireframes, and prototypes for your approval.
  • Development: Our engineers are actively writing code and building the infrastructure.
  • Review: The build is complete and we are currently running QA tests or waiting for your final approval.
  • Launch: The project is being deployed to the live environment.
On Track

Everything is moving according to the agreed timeline.

Needs Attention

We are waiting on you for feedback, a file, or an invoice payment.

Delayed

The timeline has shifted. Check your messages for context.

4.2 Milestones & Updates

A milestone is a major checkpoint in your project—like delivering the final design mockups or completing the database architecture. Our team posts regular progress updates to keep you informed between these major milestones. You can react to or comment on any update directly in the portal.

4.3 Viewing Deliverables

A deliverable is a tangible output from our team, such as a strategy document, a design file, or a compiled codebase. Whenever a deliverable is ready, it will be attached to a milestone or sent via Secure Messaging. You can easily download it by clicking the attachment icon.

5. Secure Messaging

We recommend keeping all project-related communication inside the portal. It keeps your inbox clean, ensures attachments never get lost, and provides a clear, searchable history for both of our teams.

Sending a Message & Files

Navigate to the "Messages" tab on the sidebar. Select your active project, type your message in the chat box, and hit send. You can attach documents, images, or PDFs by clicking the paperclip icon.

Expect a response from the Quantivo team within 1 business day for all standard messages.

6. Document Hub

The Document Hub is your permanent archive. It holds all your legal agreements, Statements of Work (SOW), project briefs, and technical documentation.

You can search by document name or project. If you ever need to upload brand assets (like logos or style guides) for our design team, simply navigate to your project folder and click "Upload Document". We accept most standard formats (PDF, PNG, SVG, DOCX).

7. Billing & Invoicing

We believe financial transactions should be transparent and straightforward. The Billing section gives you complete control over your invoices and payment history.

Viewing Invoices

Click "Invoices" in the sidebar. You will see a list of all invoices, categorized by status: Draft, Sent, Paid, or Overdue. Click any invoice to view detailed line items and tax breakdowns.

Making a Payment

Open an unpaid invoice and click "Pay Now". You will be directed to our secure payment gateway. Once paid, the status updates instantly and a receipt is generated for your records.

Billing Questions?
If you spot a discrepancy or have a question about a line item, please do not ignore the invoice. Email us immediately at legal@quantivo.cm and we will happily review it with you.

8. Submitting a New Request

Have a new idea? Need to expand your project scope? The "New Request" button is the fastest way to get our engineering and design teams moving on your next goal.

Click "New Request"

You will find this button prominently displayed on your main dashboard or in the sidebar.

Provide Details

Fill out the short form. Be as specific as possible. Instead of saying "update the site", say "We need a new landing page for our Q3 marketing campaign featuring a contact form."

Attach References

If you have sketches, inspiration links, or documents, upload them here. It drastically speeds up our scoping process.

Submit & Relax

Your request goes straight to our triage team. We will review the technical requirements and reply within 1 business day with a proposed plan or a quote.

9. Account & Profile Settings

Click on "Settings" in the sidebar to manage your profile. Here, you can update your contact phone number, adjust your company details, and configure your notification preferences.

If you need to change the primary billing email address or transfer account ownership to another team member, please send a request via Secure Messaging to our administrative team.

10. Security & Privacy

Your data is locked behind enterprise-grade security. We utilize HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, and advanced Row-Level Security (RLS) in our database to ensure that your files and project details are mathematically isolated from any other client.

Quantivo will never share your proprietary data with third parties. If you suspect your email account has been compromised, notify us at support@quantivo.cm immediately so we can temporarily freeze your portal access.

11. Troubleshooting & FAQ

We use passwordless Magic Links! You don't need a password. Just enter your email on the login page, and we will send you a secure link to log in instantly.
First, check your spam or junk folder. If they are ending up there, add our domain to your 'Safe Senders' list. If the issue persists, check your Account Settings to ensure notifications are enabled.
Projects only appear once the Statement of Work (SOW) has been signed and the initial deposit is processed. If both are done and it's missing, contact your project manager.
If a deliverable or contract isn't in your Document Hub, send a quick message in your project thread. We will locate it and upload it for you immediately.
Please email legal@quantivo.cm right away. Do not let an incorrect invoice sit overdue; we will pause the timer and investigate the discrepancy.
Currently, multi-user accounts are handled manually for security reasons. Send a message to support with your colleague's name and email, and we will provision their access.
Our standard response time is 1 business day. If it has been longer, we may be scoping complex technical requirements. You can check the request status on your dashboard.
Yes. The Quantivo Portal is fully responsive. You can view updates, approve milestones, and send messages securely from any mobile browser.
We support the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. If you experience graphical glitches, please ensure your browser is up to date.
For your security, portal sessions automatically expire after a period of inactivity. Simply request a new Magic Link from the login page to get back in.
Once a project is completed and final payment is settled, you retain access to the portal to download your assets. If you wish to permanently delete your data, email legal@quantivo.cm.
